In Cuboid Volume Projects we use Victoria die machine for cutting corrugated sheets so that dimensions remains same throughout production and accuracy is granted.
The paper structure plays the fundamental role in holding your product together in corrugated boxes. There are three most important part on which paper quality is dependent these are:
♦ Paper nature ( Kraft Paper, Semi Kraft, Duplex & Waste Base)
♦ Busting force (12 BF, 14BF, 16 BF,18 BF, 20 BF, 22 BF & 25 BF)
♦ GSM (80gsm, 100gsm, 120gsm, 140gsm, 180gsm, 230gsm)
♦ COBB ( Water Absorptiveness)
Corrugated boxes are best to be printed as it is essential part of branding, safety & information about products. There are varieties of colors which can be used to match your requirements; however it is advised to choose water based colors which are free from led and heavy chemicals. These chemicals are toxic and injurious to health.
In Cuboid Volume Projects we understand adverse effect of these chemicals on environmental so we use two colors Flexographic printing machine which uses water based colors.
Type of Flutes:
There are five varieties of flutes they are
♦ A Type
♦ B Type
♦ C Type
♦ E type
♦ F type
In Cuboid Volume Projects we use B & C type flutes, these two flutes are widely used in corrugation industry, because of their high strength and durability.
This flute is adopted by the corrugated industry, because it has lower arch heights than A flute and more flutes per foot. This means that the medium contacts and supports the liners at a greater number of points, providing a stiff, flat surface for high quality printing and die cutting and with excellent crush resistant properties. An estimated 80% of today's corrugated containers are made of B-Flute board.
This flute came along next to split the difference between A and B Flutes. It is thinner than A-flute, thicker than B, and offers good cushioning, stacking and printing properties. C-Flute is by far the most widely used flute size.
We understand your requirements and value your time, to make process simpler we provide assistance on box designing & printing content.
